2. The Cassari not be used for commercial use without explicit permission from TheMightyMelon
3. TheMightyMelon reserves the rights to the model for uses in advertising, artwork, applications and games.
4. Redistribution of the model is prohibited.
5. Refunding after purchasing is not allowed due to it being a digital file.
